These terms govern the cleaning services provided by Prime Horizon Cleaning("we", "us"). By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide residential, commercial, deep, move-in/out cleaning, and laundry pickup/drop-off services in London, Ontario and surrounding areas. Service details, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed at booking.

Bookings and availability

• Bookings are confirmed once we accept your request and provide a quote.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule requests.
• Service dates and times are subject to availability.

Pricing and payment

• Prices are quoted at booking and may vary based on property size and condition.
• We accept Interac e-Transfer. Payment is due as agreed at booking.
• A deposit may be required for large or recurring bookings.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your space and needs.
• Ensure the property is accessible at the scheduled time.
• Inform us of any hazards, pets, or special instructions in advance.

Limitation of liability

We take care in delivering our services, but we are not liable for damage from pre-existing conditions, items left in unsafe locations, or issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
